Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stud Finder WallScan ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Use of the App

The App is designed to help detect metal objects using your device's magnetometer sensor. You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable

Professional Use Warning

Important: Stud Finder WallScan is intended as a helpful tool but should not replace professional equipment or expert advice for critical construction or safety-related decisions. Always verify results with professional-grade tools when necessary, especially for:

• Drilling into walls or ceilings
• Working with electrical wiring
• Structural modifications
• Any construction work that could affect safety

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any inaccuracies in the App's detection results
• Any damage or injury resulting from use of the App

Device Compatibility

The App requires a device with a magnetometer sensor to function properly. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or future operating system versions.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, remain our exclusive property.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
